If you would like a dry needling appointment; however, you have not seen a physical therapist at Boulder Sports Physiotherapy before, then please schedule an initial evaluation and inform your practitioner that you are interested in dry needling during this appointment.

Out-of-Network

• All Commercial Insurance Carriers

• Medicaid

We accepts most forms of payment (i.e. credit/debit, cash, check) as well as payment via HSA or FSA.

For commercial insurance carriers, we can provide a Superbill for patients to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Doing this allows you to use your out of network coverage without receiving an additional bill in the mail after your appointments. Being out of network also allows your physical therapist to provide you more services and longer appointment times so you can receive the best care possible.
